As each Crownfolk piece is made by hand and unique, all sales are final. I provide detailed item descriptions and photos, and I encourage you to ask any questions prior to purchase! 

Of course there are some exceptions! In the case of damaged/defective items, or if you feel that the item you received is not what was described, please contact Jenessa at crownfolkclt@gmail.com. I am so happy to help! 

We also realize that these delicate pieces likely won't last forever and encourage you to handle with care. We offer complimentary repairs (subject to availability) if you bring your damaged piece to an in-person pop-up event!
